While life commitments prevent him from maintaining a competitive level, the passion for enjoying and sharing the sport of boxing remains. Ethan combines his favorite training methods from many gyms to create training sessions that can physically challenge anyone while developing a first hand understanding of the sport. His guiding philosophy is that nothing beats consistency, so classes stay interesting and emphasize proper technique to prevent unhealthy wear and tear.
